Registration

You may not select as your FutureQuant account name a name that you do not have the right to use or another person's name with the intent to impersonate that person.

Use

FutureQuant provides a paid service accessible to users who have successfully registered and subscribed to one of our plans. Access to certain functionalities of the Service will require payment through our payment provider, Stripe. You agree to abide by Stripe's Terms of Service when making payments.

Membership

Upon purchasing a membership, you will be granted access to premium features of the Service for the duration of the purchased term. If a membership is not renewed within 30 days after its expiration, your membership status will automatically revert to a free membership, and access to premium features will be revoked. You will be notified via email before the downgrade occurs to provide an opportunity for renewal.

Refunds

For first-time purchasers, FutureQuant offers a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Please note that this refund policy is applicable only to your first purchase of a membership plan with FutureQuant. Communication

By creating an account on FutureQuant, you consent to receive emails regarding your account, transactions, and other necessary communication related to the Service. Additionally, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials. However, you may opt-out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Website, is the property of FutureQuant or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
